How we work

One system, built around how your customers find you, ask and book. Here’s how a project runs, and how we price it.

Six steps

  1. 01

    Your score, in two minutes

Six questions about how customers find and reach you. You see your score and your three biggest gaps right away, without giving your email.

  2. 02

A detailed audit, reviewed by hand

We analyse your site, your Google profile and your Instagram, and our team reviews every finding before it reaches you. Nothing invented: anything we couldn’t verify is flagged.

  3. 03

    A 20-minute call

We check what the audit found against what you see every day. You talk; we listen.

  4. 04

A plan and a fixed price

Only what fixes your leaks, a timeline, what we’ll measure, and one price, confirmed in writing before any work.

  5. 05

    The build

Live on the date set in the plan. Where you already use a tool, we connect to it instead of replacing it.

  6. 06

    Running and reporting

Each month we keep it running, improve what the numbers point to, and send you one page of results.

Your numbers · What one more client is worth to you

Do the math with your numbers

25

$1,400
Your requests this month8 of 25 become clients (32%). In orange: one more.
One more client a month$16,800a year — that’s $1,400 each month, from just one more request that turns into a client.

These are your numbers, not a promise. We measure before we build, then every month.

And your price? Built to measure

Your price

Your business is like no other. Neither is your system.

Every project is built to measure, around your clients and the tools you already use. No off-the-shelf package: your fixed price is confirmed in writing after the free audit, before any work.

  • Free audit, no commitment
  • Fixed price, in writing
  • No long contract

Frequently asked questions

Your questions

A question that isn’t here? Ask us directly — we answer ourselves.

  1. Every project is built to measure: the price depends on what your business needs. After the free audit, you get a fixed price in writing, before any work, and the monthly plan stops with 30 days’ notice. Ad budget, if you advertise, is paid directly to the platform.

  2. Ad budget, like Google Ads, which you pay directly to the platform, and day-to-day social media management. We tell you at the audit, so there are no surprises.

  3. We measure before we build, then every month: requests received, response time, appointments, reviews. You see the numbers. We guarantee delivery dates, never clients or revenue — and the monthly plan stops with 30 days’ notice.

  4. The timeline is set in the plan before we start, and it’s a date we guarantee. How long depends on what needs building: a simple first system takes weeks, not months.

  5. If your clients call you, message you or ask for a price before buying, yes: home services, renovation, hair and beauty, clinics, auto care, professional services… The free audit is there to check whether it’s worth it for you.

  6. There’s nothing to learn. We set everything up and connect it; on your side, you get an alert for each new request and a clear summary.

  7. No. Whenever possible, we connect to what you already use. What we fix is what happens before: the reply, the follow-ups, the booking.

  8. Yes. Messages you get on Instagram receive an instant automatic reply with the request link, through Instagram’s official tools for business accounts. Follow-ups then go by text or email: Instagram doesn’t allow automated messages more than 24 hours after the client’s last message.

  9. If your line can forward calls you don’t answer, a text goes out automatically with the request link. We check with you during the audit that your phone setup allows it.

  10. No. We write them with you, in your words and in your name. And follow-ups stop as soon as the client replies — from there, you take over.

  11. Yes, within Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL): we only follow up with people who sent you a request, for a limited time, and every message lets them unsubscribe.
