Who is responsible

ELAR’s person in charge of protecting personal information answers any question or request about it. Write to them at elardigitalstudio@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in our forms: your name, email, phone (optional), your business name and website, your city, your answers to the self-check and your message.

Why

To prepare your audit, answer your request and, if you want, make you an offer. We never sell or rent your information, and we never add you to a newsletter.

Reviewing your online presence

For the detailed audit, we look at public information about your business (your website, Google profile and Instagram) using automated analysis tools. Our team reviews every audit before it is sent.

Where your information goes

Your information passes through a few providers that run the site and our replies: the website host, n8n (the automation tool that receives the forms), Google’s Gmail (email) and, for the detailed audit only, ScrapeGraphAI, Firecrawl and Anthropic (analysis of your business’s public information). Some of these providers store data outside Quebec, including in the United States and Europe. Before sharing information with them, we check that they protect it adequately.

How long

As long as needed to handle your request and follow up, then at most 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to elardigitalstudio@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If our answer doesn’t satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no analytics tools and no advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers your language and, in your browser, that you already sent a request.
