01The visitor’s three questions
Do you do what I need? Is it done well? How do I reach you? Everything else comes second.
The top of your homepage should answer all three without scrolling: what you do and where, a proof (a photo of a result, a review), and a clear button.

02The right order
Show your main services first, each with a real photo. Then proof: before/afters, reviews, past work. Only then your story. Your story matters, but it convinces people who are already interested.
Every section should end with the same action: ask for a quote, book or call.
03One button, always in reach
On a phone, the main button should be easy to tap with a thumb and always close by. One clear choice converts better than five links competing with each other.
And the form behind it should be short: name, how to reach them, what they need. You’ll ask the other questions on the phone.
04Fast, readable, tested
Open your site on your own phone, on cellular data. If it’s slow, if the text is too small or a button is hard to tap, your clients go through the same thing.
To check this week
- What you do and where, visible without scrolling
- A real photo for each service
- Reviews or before/afters near the top
- One main button, easy to thumb
- A 3 or 4 field form
The takeaway
Your site doesn’t need to say more. It needs to say less, in the right order, with one clear button. Test it tonight on your phone: you’ll see right away what to fix.
